Crew calls that follow general call
Calls are stored as offsets like Call-30 or Call-1:30. Move general crew call and every crew call moves with it. The Call Time Wheel shows the offset beside the clock time, in five-minute steps.

Department Speed Schedule puts a department on one call. Bulk Copy carries a day's crew and calls onto other days, keeping each offset from the target day's general call.

Turn on Checkbox Speed Schedule and click, drag or Shift+Click to put crew on days. SW, W, WF and SWF work themselves out, and each change reaches the call sheet. Double bookings get a warning.

CALL, BLK/REH, SET and LOSE @ are drafted from the day's scenes, each actor's HMU time and the blocking lead in Globals. Drafts sit at half opacity. You accept them or type over them.

Call Time Wheel
Click a call time cell and a list opens centered on Call. Pick a line or type a time.
Click a call to open the wheel, or a department heading to set the whole department. When a department's calls differ, its heading list shows (Mixed). Change General Crew Call and every call keeps its offset.
Drafted Cast Times
The draft follows the scene order. Move a scene and the drafts move; the times you approved stay where you put them.

Can the 2nd 2nd AD work on the same day as me?
Yes. Share the production as an editor. Edits sync live, you can see where teammates are, and every cell records who changed it.
What if my calls are all absolute times?
Type any clock time into a call cell. G-Casper Pro stores it as an offset from general crew call, so it still moves when the call moves.
Does it work on set without signal?
What a device has opened stays readable offline for seven days. Edits wait for the connection, and a pill says when the data may be behind.
