Drag a grip to reorder. Right-click a scene number for the row menu; the chevron turns a row into a banner.

Questions
Which Movie Magic reports do I need?
The Shooting Schedule and the Breakdown Sheet, both saved as PDF from Movie Magic Scheduling 6 or 10. They are built-in reports, so there is no custom template to install.
Can G-Casper Pro read the .mms or .mbd file directly?
The import reads the PDFs. Export the two reports from Movie Magic and upload them together.
What happens to call times I set when I re-import?
Crew call times you already set stay. Cast call times adjust to the new shoot days, and the wizard asks before it drops a day or renumbers cast.
Can I schedule inside G-Casper Pro instead?
G-Casper Pro is a call sheet tool. It has a stripboard you can reorder and a breakdown you can edit, but the schedule usually lives in Movie Magic or a USS tool and comes in by import.
