One Import, Every Day
G-Casper Pro reads the whole stripboard and creates one call sheet per shoot day, with that day's scenes in shooting order.
How It Works
The Import page has three tabs, one per source:
- G-Casper: G-Casper and Casper Excel files (.xlsx, .xls)
- ThinkCrew: a Universal Scheduling Standard file (.uss or .json)
- Movie Magic: a schedule PDF and a breakdown PDF from Movie Magic Scheduling 6 or 10. The version is detected from the files
- G-Casper Pro reads every shoot day, the scenes on it and the cast in each scene
- A call sheet is created for each day with scenes, cast and banner strips filled in
- Review each day and change anything. Nothing on an imported call sheet is locked
Tip: The import follows the day breaks in your schedule. If the stripboard is not broken into days yet, do that in your scheduling software first.

What Gets Filled In
What lands on each call sheet depends on the source file.

Important: Movie Magic and USS imports create a new production. They carry no crew, so add crew afterward and build the crew calls from the Crew DOOD or Speed Schedule.
Time Saved
The setup is done once for the whole schedule, so the longer the shoot, the more it saves. You still check each day before it goes out.
