You built the schedule in Movie Magic or a USS tool. G-Casper Pro reads it, lays out every shoot day, and gives each one a first shape: setup, scene estimates, lunch near the six-hour mark. You and your 2nd AD take it from there. On the day, it keeps an eye on the forecast you planned against.

Import Movie Magic Scheduling 6 or 10 PDFs, a USS file from ThinkCrew or Cinapse, or a G-Casper spreadsheet. Every shoot day gets its scenes, cast and banner strips in one pass.
Scheduling and importA drafted shape for the day
The auto-draft pass adds a SETUP banner, estimates each scene's time from its pages, places lunch near the six-hour mark and can split a scene around it. It is a first pass. Page-count estimates miss a stunt or a oner, so adjust them before the times go out.
How the draft is worked outWarnings before the send
A late lunch, early calls, a minor over their hours, background overcalled, or a scene booked on two days. Each shows as a flag beside the row it concerns. Flags stay on screen and never print.
The warnings overlayThe forecast, watched
Every half hour G-Casper Pro pulls the forecast again and compares it with the sheet. A thunderstorm the sheet did not have, or wind strong enough to ground a lift, texts the production team. Live radar shows the last hour and the next four.

Scenes as colour-coded strips you can drag, with meal and move banners between them. The calendar lays shoot days across prep, shoot and wrap.

The sent sheet is the baseline. Rain or wind that climbs well past the printed figures sends a push notification. Severe weather sends a text.

Questions
Does G-Casper Pro replace Movie Magic Scheduling?
No. G-Casper Pro is a call sheet and paperwork tool. Keep building the schedule in Movie Magic, a USS tool or a G-Casper spreadsheet, then import it. When you revise, re-import and the days follow.
Will the auto-draft change times I already set?
Drafted times show at half opacity until someone accepts them. Anything you typed stays as you typed it.
Who gets the severe weather text?
Push notifications go to everyone the production is shared with. The severe weather text goes to crew in the Production and Production Office departments, and you can add or remove people from that group.
