SAG & Compliance

SAG compliance built into the workflow.
Not an afterthought.

G-Casper Pro handles Exhibit G forms, minor work-hour limits, and meal penalty tracking as part of normal call sheet and scheduling work. Compliance does not require a separate step at the end of the day.

SAG Exhibit G

Exhibit G is the performer time record that SAG-AFTRA requires on every union shoot day. G-Casper Pro pre-fills each performer's call time from the call sheet. Your team enters on-set, meal, and dismiss times during the day. At wrap, the form is complete and ready for signature.

Automatic Actor Call Time Drafting

After your schedule import, G-Casper Pro drafts call times for every cast member based on scene page counts, makeup lead times, and SAG-AFTRA work-hour rules. Each draft is labeled with the reasoning. You accept what works and adjust what does not.

Minor Work Hour Limits

G-Casper Pro knows the SAG-AFTRA minor work-hour limits by age group. When a minor is on your cast list, their auto-drafted wrap time is capped at their permitted maximum. Jurisdiction settings let you apply state-specific rules for California, New York, Georgia, and other major filming locations.

Six age-group tiers
School hour deductions
State jurisdiction overrides
Studio teacher flags
G-Casper Pro reads the minor's age and adjusts their auto-drafted wrap time to stay within SAG-AFTRA limits.

Meal Penalty Tracking

Meal penalties are tracked per performer on the Exhibit G and Production Report Back. G-Casper Pro flags when a meal interval is approaching so your team can act before a violation is incurred. All penalty rates are configurable in Production Globals to match your specific union agreement.
