3. Google Integration & Data Sharing

G-Casper Pro offers optional integration with Google services. This section describes how your data interacts with Google when you choose to use these features.

Google Sign-In

You may sign in to G-Casper Pro using your Google account. When you do, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier to create or link your account. We do not access any other data from your Google account during sign-in.

Google Sheets Export

G-Casper Pro allows you to export production data — such as scene breakdowns and shooting schedules — directly to Google Sheets for your own use. This feature is entirely optional and only activated when you choose to export.

When you use the Google Sheets export feature, the following occurs:

• We request access to create and edit spreadsheets in your Google Drive (using the spreadsheets and drive.file scopes)
• Your production data (scene breakdowns, schedules, cast/crew information) is transmitted to Google Sheets to create or update the spreadsheet you requested
• We only access spreadsheets that G-Casper Pro has created — we do not read, modify, or access any other files in your Google Drive
• Google Sheets access is requested only when you first use the export feature, not at sign-up

Revoking Google Access

You can disconnect your Google account and revoke G-Casper Pro's access at any time from your Profile settings within the app, or directly from your Google Account permissions page.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy or as required by law. When you use the Google Sheets export feature, your production data is shared with Google solely to create the spreadsheet you requested.

5. Restrictions on Data Use

Information and data accessible through the Service — including but not limited to user profiles, contact information, production data, and any other content created by or on behalf of other users — is made available solely for the purpose of facilitating authorized production activities. You agree that you will not:

• Collect, harvest, aggregate, or store information about other users of the Service for any purpose other than the specific production for which such information was shared with you
• Use any personal information or contact details obtained through the Service to solicit, advertise, market, or promote any product, service, or platform, whether competing or otherwise, without the express consent of the individual concerned and of the Company
• Compile, repurpose, or redistribute any data obtained through the Service into any directory, database, or dataset for commercial or non-commercial purposes
• Retain copies of other users' personal information beyond the duration of the production for which it was originally provided, unless required by applicable law or with the express consent of the individual
• Use any data accessed through the Service to develop, enhance, train, or improve any product or service that competes with or is substantially similar to the Service

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to legal liability under applicable law and our Terms of Service.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. SMS/Text Message Communications

G-Casper Pro provides SMS notification services for film and television production call sheets. When you use our SMS features, the following applies:

Message Types and Frequency

• Call sheet notifications with personalized call times and locations
• Schedule updates and production announcements
• Message frequency varies based on production schedule (typically 1-2 per shoot day)

Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.

8. Your Rights
