Exhibit G, minors and meals are on the AD plan. Deal rates against the minimums need the Producer plan.

One form per day for every performer on the call sheet, with times drafted from it. Approve or type over them during the day and print for signatures at wrap. Exhibit G also exports to Excel.

Minimums for your agreement

Set the show's agreement in Globals and the Cast DOOD rate menu leads with it: Ultra Low Budget, Moderate Low Budget, Low Budget Theatrical, Short Project, Student Film, Micro-Budget or New Media. Pick a minimum and the figure carries a chip naming where it came from.

Minors' hours checked

Set a performer's age group on the Cast tab. Their saved CALL to LOSE @ is measured against the limit for that group in Globals. Past 90% is a warning, over it is an error. Rest, meals and schooling stay with your studio teacher.

Meal penalties flagged early

The call sheet flags a lunch set more than six hours after crew call, so you can move it before the sheet goes out. On the day, penalties are recorded per performer on the Exhibit G.

Cast times drafted

CALL, BLK/REH, SET and LOSE @ come from the scene order, each actor's HMU time and the blocking lead. Those drafts feed the Exhibit G, so the form starts close to what happened.

Theatrical (Basic Agreement), Television, Low Budget Theatrical, Moderate Low Budget, Ultra Low Budget, Short Project, Student Film, Micro-Budget and the New Media agreements.

Does G-Casper Pro tell me if I am compliant?

No. It drafts the Exhibit G, flags lunches and minors' hours against the numbers in Globals, and tracks penalties. Whether a day complies with your agreement is still a judgment for the AD, the producer and the union rep.

Can the SAG-AFTRA rep get the call sheet?

Yes. Add the business rep to the reps list when you send by email. They receive the call sheet and do not appear on it.
