G-Casper Pro drafts cast CALL, BLK/REH, SET and LOSE @ from the day's scene order, scene time estimates, each actor's HMU time and the blocking lead in Globals. Each draft is a starting point. You review the numbers, accept what works, and adjust what does not.
1 scene already has time estimates. 4 will be estimated from page count.

Assign crew call times as offsets from General Crew Call instead of absolute times. When GCC shifts, every relative time adjusts automatically. No recalculating 40 individual times because the call moved 30 minutes.
Before you send, the AD Control Panel on the Welcome tab scores the production's setup and the current day. Missing contacts, a blank hospital address, scenes without cast and minors' hours surface in one checklist. Each item has a Fix button that opens the tab where it goes.

Weather for the day's basecamp pulls into the call sheet automatically. The hourly chart runs from 6 hours before crew call to 14 hours after, with temperature, wind, chance of rain, and sunrise and sunset marked.
Fetch the forecast to fill in this chart.
The forecast on a sent call sheet is what the day was planned against, so G-Casper Pro keeps checking it. Every half hour it pulls the forecast again and compares. Rain or wind that climbs well past the printed figures sends a push notification. A thunderstorm the sheet did not have, or wind strong enough to ground a lift, texts the production team. Live Radar shows the last hour and the next four, with rain and wind strips above the map.
Once the PR Back has in and out times, Hot Costs works out every person's hours net of the meal, what those hours cost through your overtime bands, and the meal penalties from the MPV column. Detail shows it per person; All Days rolls up the whole shoot so far. It is arithmetic you would otherwise do in a spreadsheet at 10pm.
Hours are IN to OUT net of meals, as the PR Back counts them. Scheduled is the budgeted day from Globals (12h crew, 14h drivers) for every row with times in; Overtime is every hour past it, row by row. OT cost is what those hours cost at each person's hourly (their own, the one their day rate implies, or the burn rate fallback) minus the scheduled day; rows with no rate contribute hours but no money. Meal penalties escalate per meal at the Globals rates.
Copy call time data from one day's crew list and paste it onto another day in a single action. When adjacent shoot days share a large overlapping crew, you set the calls once and carry them forward. Adjust the exceptions, leave the rest.
Copy crew call configurations from Day 15 to other days.
Six scene colors, one for each INT/EXT and time-of-day combination: INT and EXT Day, INT and EXT Night, Morning and Evening. The same colors follow a scene through the call sheet, breakdown, stripboard and calendar, so the shape of the day reads before the words do.
