Recipients for the day, a reps list, extra attachments and a prelim for approval. Press Send and you have seven seconds to take it back. If the email provider is having trouble, a red banner says so first.

The send waits in your browser for seven seconds. Undo during that window and nothing has left.
Failed Sends
A blank that is a missing address is marked as missing, so it does not read as a skipped send. If the trouble is on our side, copy the addresses or draft the email in your own app.

Questions
Can the SAG-AFTRA rep get the call sheet without being on it?
Yes. Add the rep, an IATSE steward or an agent to the reps list in the send dialog. They receive the email and attachments and do not print on the sheet.
What does opened mean on the delivery report?
Opened is as far as an email can get. Statuses only move forward, so a late update from the provider never walks someone back from opened to delivered, and an opened email counts as delivered in the totals.
Can I print one PDF for the whole call sheet?
Yes. Print options include one combined PDF of front and back, with page size, margins and toner saver set on screen.
