The Change History Panel
The clock icon in the top bar ("Change history") opens it, and so does Edit History in the app menu, which is the way in on a phone. It covers the whole production, narrowed to the day you have open:
- Cell edits on that day, plus edits that belong to no single day
- Edits to crew, cast and background records
- Records added and deleted, imports, and the production being created
Reading an Entry
Entries are grouped under Today, Yesterday and then dates. Each one says who, what, and the old value next to the new one. Load More at the bottom pages further back. The panel records. It does not revert. To put an old value back, read it off the history and type it in.
One Cell's History
Right-click a cell on the call sheet and choose View History. The panel opens as Cell Edit History, filtered to that cell alone.
Why Is This Person on This Day?
On the Crew DOOD, right-click any day cell, empty cells and off days included. The popover lists each change to that person on that day:

Seeing Each Other
When somebody else selects a cell, it gets an outline in their colour with their name on it, on any tab, dropdowns and time pickers included. Several people on one cell show as a name and a +1. On the call sheet tabs the top bar also lists who else has the sheet open. Every saved change reaches everyone on the show within a moment, without a refresh.
What Undo Reaches
Undo covers your own edits since you last loaded the page, on every tab including the call sheets. It will not undo a colleague's change. On most fields it writes your old value back, so undoing something from ten minutes ago can overwrite what a colleague has done since. The full list is in Undo & Redo.
