The Share Button
Share is in the top bar, next to the production name. Click it, type an email address, pick a permission level, and send. The invitee gets an email with a link. If they have no G-Casper Pro account yet, the link walks them through making one and drops them straight into your show.
Four Permission Levels
The tier (AD or Producer) sets how much of the show a person sees. The role sets whether they can change it.

Access Follows Your Grant
What somebody reaches on your show is the level you gave them, inside the plan the show runs on. Their own account plan does not widen it. A member with a Producer plan of their own, invited at AD level, sees your show at AD level. A share covers one production. It gives nothing on your other shows and charges the member nothing, because the show is billed to its owner.
Who Can Grant What
Nobody can grant more access than they hold.
- The owner grants up to whatever their plan carries
- An editor invited at AD level can invite other AD-level members and no one above
- A Producer-level editor can invite at either tier
- Viewers cannot invite anyone
- Only the owner can change somebody's level or remove them
Working at the Same Time
People on the same show see each other. When somebody selects a cell, it gets an outline in their colour with their name on it. On the call sheet tabs the top bar lists who else has the sheet open. Every saved change reaches everyone else on the show within a moment, without a refresh.

- Edits broadcast to every connected member of the production
- Undo and redo are per person and cover your own edits

Asking for More
Members can ask for more from the places below. Only the owner can grant it.

Changing Someone's Level
Open Share, find the person, and pick a different level from their row. It takes effect straight away, including in a session they already have open. Raising an AD-level member to Producer costs nothing.
Removing Access
Remove from the same panel. Access ends at once, and a session they have open on your show stops working. Crew contacts that reached their roster only through your show go with it. A pending invite that has not been accepted can be withdrawn the same way.
Viewing as an AD
Producer-level members can see the show as an AD-level member does. Turn on View as AD in the user menu and every producer surface is hidden until you turn it off. A locked tab says it is hidden while you view as AD, so you can tell the preview from a real limit. It only ever takes access away.
