Who Can See It
The production's owner, and nobody else on the show. The Stats sub-tab on the Welcome tab only appears for the owner, and the server refuses the figures to any other member. G-Casper Pro support staff can open it when working a support request. Members are not shown the tab, and the app does not tell them it exists.
What Is Counted
The figures come from what the app already records as people work on this production.

| Time | A minute for each minute somebody has the show open in a visible tab and has clicked, typed or scrolled in the last three minutes. Two tabs open do not count double. |
| Changes | Cells and fields edited, on the call sheets, the grids, and the crew, cast and background records |
| Added / removed | Days, crew, cast, scenes, call sheets and other records created or deleted |
| Emails | Sends that did not fail, and how many recipients each went to |
| Texts | One per recipient. Failed and undeliverable texts are left out. |
| Imports | Schedule imports. The Imports tile also counts PDF and sheet exports. |
What Is Not Counted
It does not see:
- Which tab anyone was on, or what they read
- Work on any other production
- What an edit said. The change history holds that, for everyone on the show.
- Anyone reading the call sheet from an email or text link without opening the app
- Anything on a demo production
Time Before Counting Began
Minute counting started when this page shipped, and the page says from when ("Time has been counted since..."). Earlier days are estimated from each person's own edits and sends that day. Actions are grouped into sittings, a gap of more than ten minutes starts a new one, and each sitting runs from its first action to its last plus three minutes. No estimated day runs past 16 hours. Those figures carry a ≈. Days are UTC dates. A 2nd AD finishing the sheet at 7 PM in Los Angeles lands on the next day's column.
Reading the Page
Pick the range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, All time) and the group (Everyone, AD team, Production).
- Tiles: Active, Time in the show, Changes, Emails sent, Texts sent, Imports
- The team, day by day: a chart of Time, Changes, Emails or Texts, one colour per person
- Person by person: time and share of it, changes, added and removed, emails, texts, imports, last active
- Imports: the latest schedule imports, who ran each one and how it went
- Emails and texts: the latest sends, with Failed or Partly failed flagged
Gone Quiet
An amber line names anyone other than the owner who has been on the show for at least seven days and has done nothing on it in the last seven: no time, no edits, no sends. Their row says "Quiet 9 days", or "Nothing yet" for somebody who never started. A quiet member may be on the other unit, reading the PDF from the email, or on the show for one scout. Check before drawing conclusions.
