Bulk schedule crew members
Schedule entire departments at once instead of one person at a time. Set relative call offsets by department so every crew member's call time calculates from the general crew call automatically. Crew composition is pulled from your shooting schedule, so the right people are already attached to the right days before you touch a single call time.
Send SMS to your crew
G-Casper Pro sends a text message to every crew member with their call time and a link to their personal mobile call sheet view. You see read confirmations before call time. No more chasing people to confirm they got the sheet.
Pull live weather into the call sheet
Hourly weather is pulled automatically from your shooting location and placed on the call sheet front. G-Casper (the free sheet) fetches a daily forecast manually. Pro fetches granular hourly data automatically, specific to your shoot address.
Push updates directly to your crew
When the schedule changes at 11pm, G-Casper Pro pushes an updated call sheet to the crew's phones. They get a text, they tap it, they see the new version. You see who opened it and who did not. A shared Google Sheet cannot do that.

As you assign scenes and days, the DOOD updates live. Work, Hold, Travel, and Start/Finish codes reflect the current shooting schedule at all times. Add a crew member, drop a scene, shift a day. The DOOD is always a live picture of who is on the production and when.

Export your G-Casper file
In Google Sheets, go to File → Download and choose Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Save the file to your desktop.
Create a new production in G-Casper Pro
Open G-Casper Pro, click "New Production," and fill in your title and key contacts.
Use the Excel Import
Navigate to the Import section and select "Excel Spreadsheet." Upload your .xlsx file. G-Casper Pro recognizes the G-Casper template format and maps everything automatically.
Review and confirm
Preview your imported crew, cast, and schedule. Confirm, and your production is ready.
