Every person on the sheet gets their own link,
and you can see who it reached.

The link opens a page built for a phone held in one hand. Quick View leads with the recipient's own call and their DOOD status, then crew call and shooting call, breakfast and lunch, any note written just for them, and a map of the day with one-tap directions to parking, base camp, each location and the nearest hospital. Email View shows the message as it was sent, with the call sheet front, back and map as PDFs to download. A PRELIM or FINAL badge and the version number sit at the top, so nobody works off a superseded sheet. Personal calls are read fresh every time the page opens, so a change made after the send shows up on the link. The page needs a connection to load.

Failures sit at the top of the report with the reason next to each name: a hard bounce, a full mailbox, a landline the carrier refused. Resend tries the failed emails again in one go. A soft bounce can go through on the second try. A wrong address will not, and the report says so. You can also copy the failed addresses or open them as a draft in your own email app. A person counts as failed only when nothing reached them, so a bounced email with a delivered text is not on the list.
