Prelim and Full Sends
Send a preliminary text when you have rough call times but the schedule is not final. Follow with a full send once times are locked. Crew get early notice without confusion about which version is current.

Delivery and Read Confirmations
Every recipient gets a tracked row on every channel used. Text and email are recorded apart, because reaching somebody by one and missing them by the other is a different situation from reaching them twice. Statuses only move forward, so a late webhook never walks a crew member back from opened to delivered.

When a Send Fails
A landline that rejects a text and a mail server that was briefly busy are different problems, and only one of them is worth a resend. The report separates them, tells you which blanks are missing addresses rather than skipped sends, and resends to everyone who failed in one action.

Opt-in Compliance Built In
Sending text messages for business purposes is regulated. G-Casper Pro handles consent tracking automatically. Crew opt in during the production invite flow or your deal memo process. Anyone who replies STOP is removed immediately.
G-Casper Pro tracks opt-in status per crew member. You never send to someone who has not consented.
Email Distribution
SMS is the primary distribution channel. For crew members who prefer not to receive texts, G-Casper Pro can generate a shareable PDF. Mark any crew member as "No SMS" in their profile and they stay off the send list. PDF export is available from the same distribution screen.
