How It Works
G-Casper Pro sends a personalized text to each crew member:
- Text includes production name, shoot day, and their specific call time
- Link opens a mobile-optimized call sheet view
- No app download required
Setting Up SMS Distribution
Before sending:
- Make sure crew members have phone numbers in the Crew tab
- Verify phone numbers are in correct format (10 digits for US)
- Set your SMS preferences in Production Settings
Sending Your First SMS Call Sheet
To distribute via SMS:
- Review your call sheet for accuracy
- Click the "Send" button in the call sheet view
- Choose "SMS Distribution"
- Select which crew members should receive the text
- Review the message preview
- Click "Send Now"
Important: Double-check call times before sending. Once sent, crew will see those times immediately.

Each crew member gets a personalized message:

Tracking Delivery
G-Casper Pro shows delivery status for each message:
- Sent - Message has been dispatched
- Delivered - Message reached the phone
- Failed - Message could not be delivered (check phone number)
