Hot Cost Calculator
Enter actual hours worked and the Hot Cost Calculator shows straight time, overtime, and double overtime in real time. Use it during the shooting day to track where your actuals are landing before payroll closes.
Overtime Rate Configuration
Standard union tiers are built in. Set your production's specific rates in Globals and G-Casper Pro applies them to every crew member's daily calculation. Switch between 1.5x, 2.0x, and 3.0x thresholds to match your deal memos.
Meal Penalty Tracking
Meal penalty violations (MPVs) are tracked per crew member on the Production Report Back. G-Casper Pro aggregates MPVs across departments and rolls them into the daily cost total. Rates are configurable to match your production agreement.
Production Report Back
The Production Report Back captures actual in and out times for every crew member. Click any OUT cell to enter the real wrap time. Hours and overtime calculate automatically. Choose decimal or hours-and-minutes display.

DOOD Day Rate Totals
The crew DOOD grid shows each crew member's daily rate and running total alongside their work status codes. As you assign days, the total pay column updates. You see the weekly cost of each department before the week starts.

Producer Dashboard
The producer view shows daily cost actuals, crew day totals, OT flags, and meal violations at a glance. Numbers pull from submitted Production Report Backs. You see where the day landed without opening individual call sheets.
Payment Request Links
Crew members receive a unique link to submit payment requests for out-of-pocket costs. Production reviews and approves each request without requiring the crew member to log in. All requests appear in one production-level view.
