on the Shooting Calendar
The transpo grid is the shooting schedule wearing a different hat, and it goes stale the moment a day moves. In G-Casper Pro, vans, shuttles, pickups and holding are drawn against the same days as the call sheet. The runs land on the call sheet back, and the basecamp footprint answers the locations department's one question: how many spaces.
Lodging and Transpo are Company plan features. Company is not yet officially available.

Captains, coordinators and location managers all work from the same days. So does everything below.
Crew and cast shuttles
Vehicles are bars across the days, with each person's usual way to set beside their name. A day that differs opens into legs: round trip, call, location move, wrap, each with its own van and time.
Cast transpo and holdingPickups by day
A vehicle's card lists every day it is out with where and when it collects. A day can be given a hotel, a meeting point or a typed address.

Each run is drawn to the day's base camp. Pick a departure at crew call or a fixed hour and ten bars lay the traffic along the drive, so the slow stretch shows where it is.

Trucks and trailers add the spaces they take, cast holding converts to trailers at your show's ratios, and parking adds a space per car. One total per day for the location manager.

Crew shuttles, BG shuttles and cast pickups print on the call sheet back from the Transpo tab. When the AD edits a cell, it pins, and Transpo stops overwriting it.

Questions
What happens to the runs when the schedule changes?
A re-import re-anchors vehicle windows on the shoot days that survived. A booked vehicle, stay or flight is never moved. It is reported with the dates it would have needed, so someone can make the call about the change fee.
Can I set how many trailers cast holding needs?
Yes. The ratios live in Globals, so the footprint converts holding at the numbers your show books.
Is Transpo available on every plan?
Lodging and Transpo belong to the Company plan. Company is not yet officially available.
