Where It Is

Welcome tab, Daily Itinerary (Itinerary on a phone). It opens on today when today is a shoot day, otherwise on the next one. The arrows step through the shoot days. The Call sheet button opens the CS Front, and Transpo opens the Transpo tab on shows that have it. This page writes nothing. Every figure on it is read from other tabs, so a change on the call sheet shows here the moment it saves.

The Tiles

Five numbers across the top: Est. footprint, Locations, Cast, Crew and Background. The small line under each carries the catch, such as "2 without a call time" under Cast, or the driver count folded into Crew.

The Timeline

The day in quarter-hour rows, each event with its own icon: truck arrivals and pickups, precall, breakfast, crew call, shooting call, cast calls, each scene, banner strips, lunch, second meal, cast dismissals and wrap. The header gives the crew call and the planned wrap. Times typed on the call sheet win. Anything the sheet leaves blank is estimated by the same auto-draft engine the CS Front uses, and shows in italics. Breakfast goes before crew call. Lunch lands six hours after crew call unless the sheet or a banner places it. The planned wrap comes from the Default Work Hours in Globals.

Tip: Amber lines above the timeline name what the itinerary had to guess around. They are the quickest list of what the call sheet is still missing.
Important: With no general crew call on the sheet, there is no timeline. The page offers Open the call sheet.

On the Day

The headcount matches the meal counts on the CS Back. Crew, Drivers, Cast, Background, Stand-ins and a Total. A Transportation row whose title or name says driver counts as a driver. The cast list underneath gives each performer's call and dismissal. Background without a call time are left out of the count, with a line saying how many.

Locations

The two locations from the call sheet header, then the day's custom locations, then Basecamp and Crew parking from the Days tab. Each address opens in Google Maps. Blank slots are skipped.

Base Camp Footprint

How much space the unit needs that day: the trucks and trailers painted onto the day on the Transpo footprint grid, cast holding, and crew and cast parking, with a total in spaces. A space is one car length, and parking counts one space per crew and cast member.

Important: The footprint needs the Transpo tab, which is on the Company plan. Without it the card says trucks and holding cannot be sized, and the rest of the page works as normal.
