One Day, Everybody
Grid and Cards show one day for everybody: where each person sleeps that night, how they get to set, and any flight landing or leaving. Both views sit under Lodging and under Transpo, share the same day and filters, and follow the day in the header. The Day menu points them at any other shoot day or at Whole schedule. Crew, Cast and Both pick who is listed. The line at the right reads like 42 crew · 18 housed · 30 with transport.
Grid Columns
Most cells open something when clicked: a name opens the person's card, a hotel or vehicle opens its card.

Sorting and Filtering
Name / Position, Lodging and Vehicle headers sort: one click A to Z, another Z to A, a third back to department order. Sorted by Lodging or Vehicle, the rows sit under one banner per hotel or vehicle, with its colour and a head count. A person in two hotels that night appears under both. Drag a column edge to size it. Widths are remembered in this browser.

Booking From the Grid
Stays are still drawn on the Lodging grids. The Grid is for quick bookings on a single day. Hover a Lodging or Vehicle cell and a + appears at its right edge. It lists the show's hotels or vehicles with how many are already on each that day (2 of 15 seats, 3 riding). A hotel pick books that night. A vehicle pick books that day. If the person already has a booking there touching the date, it is extended. Hover a booking line for its pencil: Now, Move to another hotel or vehicle, Dates, and Remove, which asks you to confirm. An assigned-but-not-charted vehicle gets the same pencil to reassign or unassign.
Cards
Cards cuts the same people By vehicle or By lodging, one card per van or hotel. Each card has the colour, a photo for a hotel, and a load: 3 of 15 seats, which turns red over capacity, or 4 staying. The people on it are listed with their dates. Cards with people come first, empty ones follow faded, and a No vehicle or No lodging card closes the list. Show lodging (or Show vehicle) adds each person's other half under their name, so a van card says which hotel each rider comes from. Hover a card's header for its +, which offers everyone not already on it, searchable by name or role, and seats the pick for the day in view.

The Hotel Card
Click a hotel's name in the Grid, on a card header, or in the Main Accommodation column of the lodging grids, and its card opens. The property comes first, with what Google has on it:
- Photos, the hotel's own ahead of guests'. Click one for a gallery with a film strip, arrow keys and the credit on each
- Rating with the review count, linking to the reviews, plus price level, phone, website and a Maps link
- The drive to each base camp the guests work from, minutes first, distance second, without traffic. The arrow on hover opens directions
- A refresh control. The listing is kept for a month and looked up again after that
Thumbnails
The first photo of each hotel's listing is used as a thumbnail in the Accommodations list, the Main Accommodation column of the lodging grids, the Cards headers and the Lodging map's hotel list. A hotel Google cannot match shows no photo. Its card says Google has no listing that matches this name and address, with Retry beside it.
