The Transpo Schedule on the Call Sheet Back

The TRANSPORTATION table under the department grid: where its rows come from, and what pins them.

What the Table Carries

The TRANSPORTATION block sits under the department grid on the call sheet back. It holds the runs for that day: crew shuttles from the hotels, the BG shuttle, and cast pickups. Each row has a vehicle, a driver, a time and a notes field.

Where the Rows Come From

Rows are derived from the Transpo tab for that day. A performer set to Shuttle gets a pickup row. Crew assigned to a passenger van get a run. The vehicle and driver come from the vehicle record, and the time is worked back from that person's call time by the lead-time setting.

Tip: Lead time is set in Globals under Transpo. It is the same setting that used to be called the pickup-time offset.

Pinning

Vehicle, driver and time keep updating from Transpo until you edit that cell. An edited cell pins: Transpo stops writing to it, and the value you typed survives every later change to the schedule. A small marker shows which cells are pinned.

Important: Pinning is per cell, not per row. Editing the driver leaves the time still tracking Transpo, which is usually what you want and occasionally a surprise.

Notes and Hand-Added Rows

The notes column is always yours. Nothing writes to it. Rows you add by hand are never touched either, so the 4:30A pre-call run for the location scout that exists nowhere in Transpo stays exactly where you put it.

Columns

The table uses the same column manager as the rest of the call sheet back. Add a custom column for anything your show tracks that the defaults do not cover, and it prints with the rest.

  • Run description
  • Vehicle
  • Driver
  • Time
  • Notes
  • Custom columns you add

How It Prints

The block is plain flow content below the department grid, so a long transpo day pushes the call sheet onto a second PDF page rather than being clipped. Rows never split across a page break. Every control on screen is hidden in print: the row menu, the add-row button, and the pin markers.
