Call Sheets in Your Pocket
A call sheet link sent by text opens a page built for the phone, so crew don't have to zoom around a PDF.
Tip: Crew don't need an app or an account. The link opens in the phone's browser.
What Crew Sees on Mobile
The page has two tabs, Quick View and Email View.
| Section | What it shows |

| Header | Show name, PRELIM or FINAL with the version, Day N and the date, and the recipient's name and role |
| Questions? Contact | Who to call, with a tap-to-call number |
| Your call | The recipient's own call time, large, with their status |
| Day times | Crew Call, Shooting Call, Breakfast and Lunch |
| Note for you | A note addressed to that person, if there is one |
| Locations | A map, then Crew Parking, Base Camp, the shooting locations and Nearest Hospital |
| Email View | The CS Front, CS Back and map PDFs, plus any attachments |
Mobile-Friendly Features
On the page:
- Tap the contact number to call
- The sun and moon button switches between light and dark. It starts on the phone's own setting
- The PDFs open from Email View
Personal Call Time Display
Each text carries that person's own link:
- Their name and role sit in the header
- Your call shows their own time
- Note for you shows a note meant for them
Tablet View
Tablets get the same page, wider. There is no separate tablet layout or side-by-side front and back.
No Signal
The page needs a connection. It is not saved for offline use.
Important: On a location with no signal, crew should open the PDF from Email View beforehand and save it to the phone, or take a screenshot of their call.
