Three Plans
Each plan is the one below it plus something.

The Show Runs on the Owner's Plan
A production is provisioned once, by whoever created it, and billed to their account. Everyone invited onto that show works inside what the owner pays for. Somebody with an AD plan of their own who is invited onto a Company show opens Lodging and Transpo there, and their own plan decides nothing about it.
Two Different Locks
A padlock means one of two things:

Asking the Owner
Both walls carry a button that sends the owner a note. Ask the owner for Producer access asks them to raise your level on this show, which costs nothing and takes them two clicks in the Share panel. Ask the owner about Company (or whichever plan the tab needs) tells them a member of their show ran into the plan. Neither one buys anything on your behalf.
Financial Features Stay With the Grant
Hot costs, burn rate and pay data follow the level a person was invited at. A Company plan does not open them for an AD-level member.
What AD-Level Members Never See
The money comes out on the server, before the data leaves for an AD-level member's browser. There is nothing in the page to unhide, and no setting on their side that brings it back. An AD-level member does not receive:
- Crew, cast and background rates: day, hourly, prep and wrap rates, deal totals, deal notes, and the rate source a cast rate was picked from
- Lodging nightly rates and per-person stay overrides, vehicle daily rates on Transpo, and flight fares
- Burn Rate money: the fallback crew and cast day rates and the extra, prop, vehicle, location and element cost lines
- The show's SAG-AFTRA minimum figures. The agreement name stays visible
- The money on Hot Costs: the stock and processing rates, the total budget and the running variance
- The rate on a BG breakdown row
- Change History entries that record a rate or a cost
- Rates carried in live updates. When a producer changes a figure while an AD-level member has the show open, the AD's screen gets the rest of the edit without the number, and an edit that is only a rate is not sent to them at all
AD Edits Leave the Producer's Rates Alone
An AD-level member can fix a phone number, move a stay or rename a vehicle, and the producer's rates are still there afterwards. A rate an AD-level member tries to write is dropped, and the stored one stands. Some records are saved whole: change one field of a Hot Costs report or the Burn Rate settings and the full record goes back to the server. An AD-level member's copy never had the money in it, so the server puts the stored figures back before it saves. The same goes for the show's SAG minimums, which an AD-level save leaves as they were. Imports work the same way. When an AD-level member imports a crew, cast or background list, the rate columns in the file are skipped. People already on the show keep the rates the producer entered, and new people arrive with none.
Viewing as an AD
Producers can look at the show as an AD-level member sees it. Switch on View as AD in the user menu and every producer surface disappears until you switch back. It only ever takes access away.
Read-Only Accounts
AD Read Only and Producer Read Only sit at their base tier with writing removed. They are for people who need to follow a show without editing it. An account in that state can open everything its tier carries and change none of it.
