Who Sees Money
Rates, costs and pay are Producer features. They need a Producer or Company plan show and a Producer-level invitation to it. An AD-level member doesn't see them, even on a Company show. Two switches take money off the screen for a producer. View as AD in the user menu shows the whole show as the floor sees it. Scheduling Only in any DOOD hides rates, pay and invoice columns and takes the dollars out of Hot Costs.
What It Does Not Do
G-Casper Pro does not run payroll, cut cheques, or connect to a payroll service. The pay columns are a status you set by hand. Hot Costs and Burn Rate are estimates. Your accountant's cost report is the record.
