Quick Undo & Redo
Press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo your last change. Ctrl+Y (Cmd+Shift+Z on Mac) redoes it. The affected row or cell flashes when you undo or redo, which matters on a long crew list where the change is off screen.
What Undo Covers
Undo started out handling single cell edits. It now covers structural changes too, so deleting the wrong department is recoverable.

Restoring a Deleted Department
Deleting a department also unassigns everyone in it. Undo puts the department back and returns those crew members to it, so you do not have to reassign them by hand. The restore is safe to repeat. Undoing twice will not create a duplicate department.
Where the History Lives
History is per tab and per session. The Crew tab keeps its own stack, separate from Cast. Press Ctrl+Z while the tab you want to undo is in focus.
A Caution on Collaboration
Undo replays your own action against the current state of the production. If a collaborator has since changed the same record, your undo will overwrite their change. On a busy day with two ADs in the same show, check what has moved before undoing something from several minutes ago.
