Importing Crew Lists
If you have an existing crew list in Excel:
- Go to Import in the main menu
- Select "Excel Spreadsheet"
- Upload your .xlsx file
- Map the columns to G-Casper Pro fields
- Review and confirm the import
Managing Day-to-Day Changes
Not everyone works every day. For each shooting day:
- Mark crew as "OFF" if they're not working that day
- Adjust individual call times as needed
- Add day players for that day only
- Note any special instructions for specific crew
