Spreadsheet-Like Cell Selection
G-Casper Pro brings the familiar feel of spreadsheet editing to your call sheet workflow. Click and drag across cells to select multiple cells at once. Selected cells are highlighted so you can clearly see your selection before taking action.
Selection Methods
There are several ways to select multiple cells:
- Click and drag across cells to select a range
- Hold Shift and click to extend your selection
- Use drag-to-extend handles to copy a cell's value to neighboring cells
- Tap and drag on touch devices for mobile-friendly selection
Bulk Actions
Once you have cells selected, you can perform actions on all of them at once:
- Press Delete or Backspace to clear all selected cells
- Copy and paste values across your selection
- Right-click for a context menu with additional options
- Type a value to fill all selected cells at once
Tip: Multi-cell selection works across the Crew, Cast, Background, and Breakdown tabs. Each tab supports the same selection gestures for a consistent experience.
Touch Support
Multi-cell selection is fully optimized for touch devices. Use drag handles and tap gestures to select and edit cells on tablets and phones. The system intelligently distinguishes between scroll gestures and selection gestures to keep the experience smooth.
