Beyond Cast DOODs
The Crew DOOD shows who works which day, department by department. Open the Crew tab and switch from Crew List to DOOD View.
The Crew DOOD Grid
Rows are crew, columns are days. Each working day shows a code:

| W | Work | Blue |
| WF | Work Finish: last day on the show | Amber |
| SWF | Start-Work-Finish: a single day | Violet |
| T | Travel | Light blue |
| off | Off Day | Grey |
| - | Not Working | Light grey |
Tip: SW and WF mark a person's first and last working day across the whole show. A crew member with a gap in the middle still shows W on either side of it.

Department Grouping
Rows are grouped by department in the Crew list order, with a No Department group for anyone unassigned. You can see at a glance that Camera works Days 1 to 15 while the Steadicam operator is only on Days 3, 7 and 12. Department banners can be renamed or deleted in the grid.
Kept in Step With the Call Sheets
The DOOD and the call sheets are one record. Putting someone on a day in the DOOD puts them on that day's CS Back, and adding someone to the CS Back marks the day in the DOOD. Speed Schedule and Copy Crew Calls write to both. Travel is set from the CS Back and shows here as T.
