Schedule From the Grid
Checkbox Speed Schedule lets you put crew on days from the Crew DOOD without opening each call sheet. Find the person's row and mark the days they work. A department's month can be filled in a few drags.
How Checkbox Scheduling Works
Scheduling mode is how the grid becomes editable:
- On the Crew tab, click Speed Schedule and pick Checkbox Speed Schedule. Or click a day cell in DOOD View and choose Edit DOOD
- A green banner confirms Checkbox Speed Schedule Mode
- Click a cell to put that person on the day, or take them off
- Drag across cells to set several at once
- Shift+Click fills the rectangle from the last cell you clicked, with a preview first
- Click Exit Scheduling Mode when you are done
Tip: For a run of consecutive days, click the first day, then Shift+Click the last.

What a Click Does
A checked day puts the person on that day's call sheet at the Main Crew Call time. Unchecking takes them off. The grid only toggles working or not working. Travel days are set from the CS Back.
Tip: If you take someone off a day and put them back, the call time they had is remembered and restored.
Two-Way Sync
The grid and the call sheets are one record. A change here shows on the CS Back, and adding someone on the CS Back checks their day here. Edits reach everyone else on the production in real time, and each change can be undone.
