Click. Assigned.
The usual crew scheduling workflow means navigating to each day's call sheet, finding the crew member, and adding them. G-Casper Pro flips the model: open the DOOD grid, find the crew member's row, and click the checkboxes for the days they work. Each click toggles a work day on or off. You can schedule an entire department's month in under a minute.
How Checkbox Scheduling Works
The checkbox DOOD grid makes crew scheduling feel like filling out a simple form:
- Open the Crew DOOD from your production's scheduling panel
- Each row is a crew member, each column is a shoot day
- Click any cell to toggle that crew member's work status for that day
- Shift-click to select a range of days at once
- Right-click any cell to choose from extended status codes (Hold, Travel, Rest)
- Changes are reflected immediately on the corresponding call sheets

Bidirectional Sync
The DOOD grid and individual call sheets stay in perfect sync. Add a crew member to a call sheet, and their DOOD updates. Toggle a day in the DOOD, and the call sheet reflects it. No double entry, no conflicting records.
