Set one call time per department and apply it to every member instantly - the fastest crew scheduling in the industry.

One Click Per Department

On a union feature, you might have 80+ crew members across 15 departments. Setting individual call times for each one is a grind. The Department Speed Schedule lets you set a single time for an entire department and apply it to every member in one click. Camera department at 6:30? Click. All four camera crew members are set.

How It Works

The Speed Schedule panel groups your crew by department and lets you assign times at the department level:

  • Open the Speed Schedule panel from the call sheet editor
  • Each department shows its name, member count, and current call time
  • Set or adjust the department call time using the time picker or offset buttons
  • Click 'Apply' to set that time for every crew member in the department
  • Individual overrides are preserved - the system only updates members without custom times
Tip: Use Speed Schedule first to set department-level times, then fine-tune individual crew members who need different calls. This two-pass approach is the fastest workflow.

Smart Override Protection

If you have already set a custom call time for a specific crew member (say the DP needs to arrive earlier than the rest of Camera), the Speed Schedule will not overwrite it unless you explicitly choose to. This protects individual adjustments while still giving you the speed of bulk operations.

Why It Matters

The AD's time should be spent making creative decisions, not clicking through 80 time fields. Department Speed Schedule handles the repetitive part so you can focus on the exceptions.
