Stop Rebuilding the Same Schedule

Most shoot days have similar crew call structures. The gaffer still needs to arrive early. Hair and makeup still needs their prep window. Yet every other call sheet tool makes you re-enter these times for each new day. G-Casper Pro's bulk copy lets you take a finished day's crew calls and replicate them across as many future days as you want.

How to Bulk Copy

Copying crew calls across days takes just a few clicks:

  • Navigate to the source call sheet - the day with the crew calls you want to copy
  • Open the Bulk Copy panel from the call sheet menu
  • Select the target days you want to copy to (you can select multiple)
  • Click 'Copy' to apply all crew call times to the selected days
  • Each target day receives the same crew call structure, adjusted for its general call if using relative offsets
Tip: Combine this with the Department Speed Schedule for maximum efficiency: set up one perfect day, then copy it forward to your entire shoot.

Offset-Aware Copying

If your source day uses relative offsets, the copied times maintain those offsets rather than copying absolute times. This means if Day 16's general call is different from Day 15's, all the crew calls will adjust correctly. This required rethinking how call times are stored and referenced throughout the system.
