Set Up One Day, Copy It Forward
Build one day's crew calls, then copy them to the other days that run the same way.
How to Bulk Copy
Open Copy Crew Calls one of two ways: the copy icon on a day card in the Days tab (Copy crew calls to other days, shown once the day has crew), or Speed Schedule > Copy Crew Calls from Day on the CS Back or Crew tab.
- Pick the crew to copy. Everyone on the source day is ticked to start
- Leave Preserve individual call times on to copy each person's own call. Turn it off to give everyone the target day's general crew call
- Click Next: Select Days and tick the target days
- Choose a Merge Mode: Add Only or Overwrite All
- Click Copy to N Days
Offsets Carry Over
Calls are copied as offsets from the general crew call. If Day 15 has the gaffer at Call-60 and Day 16's general call is an hour later, the gaffer lands an hour later on Day 16 too.
Add Only or Overwrite All
Add Only skips anyone already on the target day, so their existing call stays as it is. Overwrite All clears the target day and replaces its crew with the copied crew. Anyone not being copied comes off that day, on the call sheet and the Crew DOOD, and the dialog shows how many before you commit.
