The Last Shooting Day
On the last shooting day the advance schedule block hides, and a dashed note on screen says so. The note never prints. To use the space anyway, open the advance block's pencil and turn on Show on last day (wrap notes). The block comes back as a free-text wrap panel for returns, strike, the wrap party and so on.
Editable Fields Color
Cells you can type into are tinted so they stand out on screen and in print. Styling Globals, in the call sheet's side controls, sets that fill for each side separately. The CS Front and CS Back each have their own Editable Fields Color.

Your Account Tint
Editable Cell Colour in Preferences sets what Classic light blue means on your account. Drag round the wheel for the hue and out from the centre for strength. The centre of the wheel is blocked, because grey already means a locked cell or toner saver. Lightness is fixed so black 9pt text stays readable on it. Reset to Default puts it back.
One PDF or Two
Combine Front and Back, in the same Styling Globals, makes the download and the email attachment one PDF: front on page 1, back on page 2. Off, they are two files. The send dialog marks the pair as Combined when it is on.
Cast Write-In Lines
The + on a cast row adds an empty write-in line under the real ones, for the performer you will fill in by hand on set. It carries no status, so it prints as an empty line. Pick a performer into it and it becomes a real row. Delete it and the count drops by one. The STATUS dropdown has a blank option too, for a performer you do not want coded. A status you pick by hand is flagged with a yellow corner. Reset to auto puts the worked-out status back.
Refreshing Background
The refresh icon in the BACKGROUND header opens two choices. Reload from breakdown pulls the latest scenes, role groups and breakdown edits, and leaves every count you typed alone. Reset typed counts hands the rows you typed over back to the breakdown, and lists them with the number each will go to before you click.
Page Overflow
When the front grows past its page, the Page Overflow Warning offers the two fixes: a tighter Page Density, or a higher DPI Setting. Tick Don't show this again and a small Page Overflow button stays in the corner instead. On the back, the usual cause is the transpo table. A flag reading Call sheet back runs past one page appears. Nothing is cut off. The back prints on two pages.
