What Prints to PDF
The CS Front and CS Back have a Print to PDF button in their side controls. G-Casper Pro renders the PDF and downloads it. PR Front, PR Back and Exhibit G have a Print button instead. It opens your browser's print dialog. Choose Save as PDF there for a file.
Tip: Day Out of Days has no PDF export.
Exporting a Call Sheet PDF
There is no options dialog. The PDF is built from the page as it looks on screen, so set it up first and then print:
- Open the CS Front or CS Back tab on the shooting day you want
- Click Print to PDF in the side controls
- A progress panel walks through fonts, layout and rendering
- The PDF downloads to your device
Tip: Combine Front and Back, in Styling Globals, decides whether you get one PDF with the front on page 1 and the back on page 2, or two separate files.
Print Settings
These settings shape the PDF. Each one also changes what you see on screen.

DPI Settings
DPI sets how much fits on a page. Higher DPI means smaller text and more rows per page.
- 96 DPI: largest text, fewest rows
- 105 DPI: a little tighter, for a sheet just spilling onto a second page
- 110 DPI: the default
- 125 DPI: tighter, for bigger crews
- 140 DPI: compact. Pair it with Blockbuster density for a very large crew list
- 150 DPI: very tight
- 160 DPI: smallest text. Check it is still readable on paper
Tip: DPI is saved per production and changes the screen and the PDF alike. Start at 110 and raise it if the sheet runs over a page.
Print Quality
The PDF is rendered on the server from the same page you see, so what is on screen is what prints.
One Day at a Time
Each PDF is one day's call sheet. There is no multi-day export.
