DPI Settings

DPI (dots per inch) controls the pixel density of your rendered call sheet. A higher DPI means more pixels per inch, which makes your content smaller on screen and lets more of it fit on a single page.

  • 96 DPI: Standard screen resolution. Largest text and spacing, fits the least content per page
  • 105 DPI: Slightly more compact. Good for productions that are just barely overflowing one page
  • 110 DPI: Default setting. Balanced readability and density for most productions
  • 125 DPI: Noticeably tighter. Recommended for larger crews that need more rows per page
  • 140 DPI: Significantly compact. Combined with Blockbuster density, fits 300+ crew on a single US Legal sheet
  • 150 DPI: Very tight. Best for maximum crew capacity on large-scale features
  • 160 DPI: Ultra-compact. Smallest text; only recommended if every single row count matters
Tip: DPI is saved per-production. Changing it affects both the on-screen preview and the exported PDF. Start at 110 (default) and increase if your layout is overflowing the page.

G-Casper Pro PDFs are generated at high resolution for crisp printing. The layout is optimized for standard office printers as well as professional print services.

One Day at a Time

PDFs are exported one day at a time. You finalize a call sheet within 12-24 hours of the shoot day, so each PDF represents a completed, verified call sheet.
