Inviting Representatives
From the Cast or Background tabs, you can invite representatives (agents, managers) for individual talent or background actors. Each invitation is tied to a specific performer and generates a unique link that grants the representative access to relevant production information. Invitations can be sent directly from the performer's detail row.
- Open the Cast or Background tab
- Locate the performer whose representative you want to invite
- Click the invite button and enter the representative's details
- The system generates a unique invitation link
Invitation Link Behavior
Each invitation link is valid for 14 days from the time it is created. After expiration, the link displays a clear expired message directing the representative to contact the production for a new invitation. This keeps access controlled and intentional.
What Representatives Can Access
Invited representatives can view call sheets, shooting schedules, and relevant production information for the performer they are associated with. They cannot edit production data, access crew lists, or view information about other performers. Representatives see only what they need.
SMS Consent for Invitees
When a representative accepts an invitation, they are presented with a separate SMS opt-in form. This captures their consent to receive text messages independently from their invitation acceptance, in line with telecommunications regulations. SMS consent is optional and does not affect their access to production information.
Managing Active Invitations
You can view all active and expired invitations from the Cast or Background tabs. Each performer's row shows whether an invitation has been sent, whether it has been accepted, and its expiration status. Resend a new invitation at any time if the previous one has expired.
