Your Pre-Flight Checklist
Sending out an incomplete call sheet is every AD's nightmare. A missing phone number, a scene without cast, a blank hospital address - these mistakes erode trust and create on-set confusion. The AD Control Center is a real-time health check that monitors your call sheet and surfaces issues before they become problems.
What It Monitors
The Control Center continuously evaluates your call sheet across four critical categories:
| Category | Checks | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Critical Setup | General call time, shooting location, nearest hospital | These fields are non-negotiable on a professional call sheet |
| Contact Info | Director phone, UPM phone, AD phones, production office | Crew needs to reach key personnel in emergencies |
| Schedule Readiness | Cast assignments, scene completeness, unscheduled scenes | Incomplete schedules cause costly confusion on set |
| Call Sheet Quality | Weather data loaded, banner strips present, formatting complete | A polished call sheet reflects production professionalism |
The Readiness Score
Every call sheet gets a percentage score based on how many checks pass. A score of 100% means your call sheet is complete and ready to send. Below that, each failing check shows exactly what is missing and often offers a one-click fix. This scoring system gives ADs confidence that nothing has been overlooked before the call sheet goes out.
One-Click Fixes
Many issues flagged by the Control Center can be resolved without leaving the dashboard. Missing a phone number? Click to add it. Scene without cast? Jump directly to the scene editor. The Control Center is a command center for getting your call sheet across the finish line.
