Call Sheet Warnings Overlay

The AD Control Panel lists what is missing. The overlay puts a flag on the call sheet itself, next to the row or field it is about. Fix the issue and the flag goes. Flags are screen only and never print.

The switch is Show Warnings & Errors, in the Styling Globals section of the floating controls on the CS Front and CS Back. It is on by default and remembered in your browser.

• Red flags are errors, such as a lunch more than 6 hours after crew call, or a minor over their hour limit
• Amber flags are warnings worth a look, such as a crew call more than 3 hours early
• Grey flags are information, such as a performer added by hand who is not in the breakdown. They show even with the switch off
• Click a flag to read the message
• Amber warnings have Dismiss. Errors cannot be dismissed

The checks read the times and rows on the sheet:

• Lunch more than 6 hours after crew call
• Shooting call before crew call, breakfast after crew call, second meal before lunch
• Crew called more than 3 hours before or 6 hours after crew call
• Minors over, or close to, their work-hour limit
• An actor called with no scene on the day, or on set before crew call
• Cast or background with no call time, and cast times out of order
• More background called for a role than it has performers (Overcall)
• Duplicate scenes, scenes missing from the breakdown, and scenes on more than one day
• Cast and background added to or removed from the day against the breakdown
• Locations without a clickable map link
