See Problems Where They Live

The AD Control Center tells you what is wrong. The Warnings Overlay shows you where. Toggle it on, and colored flags appear directly on your call sheet preview, pinned to the exact location of each issue. A red flag on the header means a missing phone number. A yellow flag on scene 14 means unassigned cast. You fix the issue, the flag disappears.

How It Works

The overlay is a toggle layer on top of your call sheet preview:

  • Click the warnings toggle in the call sheet editor toolbar
  • Red flags indicate critical issues (missing required data)
  • Yellow flags indicate warnings (recommended but not required data)
  • Hover over any flag to see the specific issue description
  • Click a flag to jump directly to the field that needs attention
  • Toggle the overlay off to see your clean call sheet preview

Context-Aware Flagging

The overlay goes beyond checking for empty fields. If your general call is 5:30 AM but sunrise is at 6:45 AM, it flags that the crew will be arriving in the dark and you may need to note parking or safety lighting. If a scene's estimated runtime would push the day past 12 hours, it flags the SAG overtime risk. It reads the call sheet the way an experienced AD would.
