Supported Movie Magic Versions
G-Casper Pro imports Movie Magic Scheduling 6 and 10 from two standard PDF reports: the Shooting Schedule and the Breakdown Sheet. Nothing needs installing on the Movie Magic side. G-Casper Pro is the first call sheet software that can import Movie Magic 10 schedules.
The Two PDFs You Need
The import needs both PDFs:

Tip: In MMS 10: Reports > Stripboard > Shooting Schedule, and Reports > Breakdown > Breakdown Sheet, each exported as PDF. In MMS 6: Cmd+P / Ctrl+P, pick Shooting Schedule 1 Template, then Breakdown 1 Template, and print each to PDF.
What Gets Imported
When you import both PDFs, G-Casper Pro brings in:

Before You Import
Check these in Movie Magic first:
- Scene numbers and cast numbers are right. The import matches everything on them
- Both PDFs come from the same version of the schedule and cover the same scenes and days
- The schedule is close to final. Later changes come in through a re-import
Import Steps
To import from Movie Magic:
- Open the app menu and choose Import For New Production (New Import on the dashboard goes to the same page)
- Pick the Movie Magic tab
- Upload your Shooting Schedule PDF
- Upload your Breakdown Sheet PDF
- Review the preview of imported data
- Confirm the import
