Every Day the Show Has
Every other tab reads its days from here: a call sheet belongs to a shoot day, a DOOD column is a day, a hotel stay is drawn against days. Prep and wrap days are real rows, and crew can be scheduled on them.

Prep Counts Backwards
P1 is the day before Day 1. P2 is the day before that. Adding an earlier prep day gives you a new P4 and leaves P1, P2 and P3 where they were, so crew already scheduled on them stay put.
Wrap Sits in Its Own Band
Wrap is numbered on its own, W1, W2 and on, however long the shoot runs. Add a shoot day and nothing in wrap renumbers, so crew scheduled on W1 stay on W1.

Two Ways to Print the Labels
Most shows say P1 and W1 out loud. Some count down to Day 1 and up from the last day, so prep reads -1 and wrap reads +1. Both describe the same stored day. Pick the one your show uses in Globals and every screen follows.
Week Bands
Weeks are banded above the grid and follow the phase. Prep weeks count backwards, so the week nearest the shoot is always Prep Wk 1 whatever gets added in front of it. Shoot weeks count forward from the week principal photography starts. Wrap weeks count forward from the last shoot day.
- A prep day in the same calendar week as Day 1 still reads Prep Wk 1
- Week 3 means the third week of principal photography, on every sheet already printed
- Weeks break on Sunday
Dates and the Cascade
Change a date and G-Casper Pro offers to cascade. On a shoot day the days after it shift by the same amount. On a prep day the choice reads Cascade the rest of prep: the later prep days shift and Day 1 stays where it is.
Day Nicknames
Any day can carry a nickname, such as TECH SCOUT on P2. The nickname shows up on the day row, in the day selector, and on the call sheet where the layout has room for it.
Adding Days
The Add menu on the Days tab has Shoot Day, Off Day, Prep Day and Wrap Day. Prep days are added at the front, wrap days at the back, shoot days after the last one. Week... in the same menu adds a block of days at once.
