Total Production

Switch the view bar on PR Front or PR Back to Total Production. You get a mini report per shoot day, a line on top that reads something like 9 of 11 past reports are complete; 2 still owe something, and the day after today faded out at the end. Each card shows Pages shot, Scenes, First shot, Wrap, Camera wrap and Crew clocked. A missing figure reads owed. Below them the card splits into Front and Back, each with a green tick and Complete, or an amber warning and a chip per thing it owes.

HalfOwes something when
FrontThere is no report, or First Shot, Camera Wrap or Crew Wrap is empty
BackThere is no report, no crew times at all, or any crew row has no OUT

Opening What Is Owed

Click the left half of a card for that day's PR Front, the right half for its PR Back. Click a chip, or a red name chip for someone with no OUT, and the report opens with the missing cells flashing red twice and flags in the margin: No first shot, No camera wrap, No crew wrap, No OUT. A flag clears when the cell is filled. The Show error flags switch in the sidebar keeps the margin flags on all the time. They never print.

Changes Against the Sent Call Sheet

The report is compared with the call sheet that was last sent by email or text. Prelim and test emails do not count. Changes get a colour-coded margin flag with an action.

FlagMeansAction
Added (green)On the report, not on the sent sheetRemove row
Off sheet (amber)On the sent sheet, since taken off the call sheet. Times are keptRemove row
Removed (red)On the sent sheet, not on this reportRestore or Add back
Tip: Before the sheet has been sent, only changes made by hand on the report are flagged. Add a crew row by hand and G-Casper Pro also marks them working that day on the Crew DOOD, so the workday counts stay in step.

Scheduled Day and Red Hours

At the top right of the PR Back, Scheduled day holds two numbers: hours for crew and hours for drivers, 12 and 14 by default. They are the budgeted daily work hours from Globals, so a change here applies to the whole show. Any row whose HRS runs past it prints red, with a tooltip saying by how much. Transportation rows are measured against the drivers figure. Hot Costs counts the same hours as overtime.

Notes / Remarks and Columns

Notes / Remarks at the foot of the PR Back is rich text. Double-click to edit. Bold, italics and links work, and the toolbar splits the box into two columns. The back keeps the call sheet's department order. By default it also keeps the CS Back's column layout. Switch off Columns follow CS Back in the sidebar to pick two or three columns of its own. If that count differs from the CS Back, an amber warning says the two pages will not line up, with a Use N button to match them.

Locking a Day

Lock this day in the sidebar of either tab locks the front and back of that day together. You see Locked by you and when. Everyone else sees Locked by and your name, and the report goes read-only for them. The server refuses their edits too. Anyone with edit access can press Break the lock after a confirmation. The holder is not told.

Important: Lock after shoot day is a different switch. It stops the report syncing from the call sheet once the day is over. It does not stop anyone editing. Only Lock this day does that.
