G-Casper Pro keeps your crew list, cast schedule, and background breakdown connected to your call sheet. Changes in one place flow through. You spend less time cross-referencing spreadsheets.
See which crew members work on which shoot days in a single grid. Click any cell to mark a day as Work or Travel. Status codes update automatically based on where each person falls in the run. You never calculate SW, W, WF, or SWF by hand.

Cast and crew status follows the industry-standard code set: SW, W, WF, SWF, H, T, R, and more. Each code has a distinct color so the grid reads at a glance. Status codes flow into the call sheet and are available for payroll export.
Copy call times from one shoot day to several others in one action. Choose a source day, select the target days, and apply. Crew whose times match get updated immediately. No re-entering the same times across a multi-week block.
The Background tab ties your extras directly to scenes. Enter counts, looks, and notes for each group. The breakdown flows to your call sheet. Reuse tracking tells you exactly how many unique performers each day requires for accurate meal counts.

The crew list is more than a name column. Departments, dietary flags, bulk editing, and role permissions all live here.
Crew organize into departments automatically. Drag to reorder. Each department header appears on the call sheet.
Flag crew members with dietary restrictions. The call sheet meals section reflects the count automatically.
Select multiple crew members to update department, call time, or status in a single action. No row-by-row editing.
Set job titles, assign permissions per person. Producers and coordinators see a different default view than ADs.
