Ghost Mode for Crew Privacy

Ghost Mode is a switch in the app menu. When you turn it on, G-Casper Pro covers sensitive details on screen with grey bars. A PDF you print in Ghost Mode goes one step further and replaces them with generic placeholders. Real crew names become 'Crew Member.' Cast names become 'Cast Member 1, Cast Member 2, Cast Member 3.' Phone numbers are masked. Location addresses are replaced with 'Location Address.' The production title shows as 'Production Title.' The real details are not in the file at all, so nobody can copy or search them out of it. What stays visible: call times, scene numbers, page counts, department names, and the full page layout.

Mostly 2nd ADs who want to show a producer or department head a call sheet they built, without handing over the show's crew list and locations. Other uses:

• Job interviews: share a real call sheet sample without exposing crew data
• Portfolio websites: post call sheet screenshots that showcase your formatting and organization
• Conference presentations or panel discussions on AD workflows
• Training new 2nd ADs on a real call sheet layout without exposing live production data
• Social media posts showing behind-the-scenes production work

Click the G-Casper Pro logo in the top left corner to open the app menu. Turn on the Ghost Mode switch. A banner at the bottom of the screen reads "Safely showcasing this project in Ghost Mode" for as long as it is on. To turn it off, flip the switch again or click the X on the banner. Ghost Mode does not change any data stored in your production. Turning it off restores the real data immediately.

To share a Ghost Mode version of your call sheet, turn Ghost Mode on and click Print on the CS Front or CS Back. The PDF downloads with the placeholders in it. If your production prints front and back as one file, the Ghost Mode PDF does too. Send that file to whoever you want to share your work with. The Ghost Mode PDF is a separate download. It is not saved to the call sheet and it never replaces the copy your crew gets. Call sheets you send by email or text always carry the real details, even if you send them with Ghost Mode switched on. You can also take screenshots while Ghost Mode is active. Check each screenshot before you post it: the grey bars cover the call sheet itself, and other screens may still show real names.

Ghost Mode replaces the following with generic placeholders:

• Crew member names
• Cast member names and character names
• Phone numbers and email addresses
• Production title and company name
• Director, producer, and UPM names
• Location addresses
