Earn Rewards: Referring Colleagues

Earn Rewards is in the home dashboard sidebar. The Billing page and the Plan & Billing tab of your profile have a smaller Invite Colleagues box that sends the same invite.

Under Invite by Email, type an address and click Add. Add as many as you need, then click Send Invites. Each person gets their own email with a link to create an account. Your Invites, at the bottom of Earn Rewards, lists everyone you've invited. While an invite is open it has a Copy link button, so you can text the link if the email ends up in spam. The link only works for the address you invited.

The email link opens a page with their address already filled in. They add their name and a password and they're in, with full access to the app. If they end up making their account another way, say through a production invite, it still counts as long as it's the same address.

The counters at the top of Earn Rewards follow each invite.

Each completed referral adds 1 call sheet (11-25 crew), 1 production and 25 SMS credits on top of your free allowance of 3 call sheets and 2 productions. Your colleague gets the normal free plan.

Each referral has to be one real new person.

• An invite belongs to the address it went to. Capital letters, +tags and Gmail dots don't matter: jane.doe+gcp@gmail.com and janedoe@gmail.com are the same inbox
• It has to be a new account, made after you sent the invite. Someone who already uses G-Casper Pro can't take one up
• A person can only be referred once. If two of you invite the same AD, the first one they accept counts
• You can't invite yourself or the same inbox twice
• Invites expire after 30 days
• You're rewarded for up to 10 completed referrals
• You can have up to 25 open invites at a time, and send up to 10 an hour
