Where They Live
Base camp, crew parking and the hospital belong to the day. The Days tab has a column for each: Crew Parking, Base Camp and Hospital. On the call sheet front they print as the CREW PARKING, BASECAMP and NEAREST HOSPITAL panels. Rename, hide or reorder the panels from the header's column manager. Each panel has a notes line under the address: gate codes, which lot, the ER entrance. Notes are kept per call sheet, so Day 4's parking note does not follow you to Day 5.
Base Camp Fills the Hospital
Type the base camp address in the Days tab and pick it from the Google address list. G-Casper Pro then searches for hospitals within 10 miles of that point and writes the closest one into the day's Hospital cell. Move base camp later and a hospital that came from that search is looked up again from the new base camp. The old one comes off the day and off that day's call sheet, so the sheet never prints a hospital for a base camp you left.
Choosing a Different Hospital
The automatic pick is the closest in a straight line. Check it has an ER and a reasonable drive. On the Days tab, click the search icon in the Hospital cell. On the CS Front, hover or click the NEAREST HOSPITAL address and choose Find nearby. Both open Nearby Hospitals, a list of up to three hospitals with each one's distance from base camp. Click one to use it. The arrow on each row opens directions from base camp in Google Maps.

The Hover Card on the CS Front
Hover an address in any of the three panels for a small map. See on map opens the address in Google Maps. Edit opens the address editor. The hospital panel adds Find nearby. Viewers get See on map only. The card does not appear on touch screens; tap the address instead.
One Sheet or the Whole Day
Editing the hospital on the CS Front, or picking one from Find nearby there, saves it to the day and to that call sheet. The call sheet's copy wins on that sheet from then on. A hospital set this way counts as yours, so a later base camp move on the Days tab keeps it.
Crew Parking
Crew parking is entered the same way, in the Days tab Crew Parking column or through Edit on the CREW PARKING panel. Nothing fills it for you. The arrow in the Days tab cell gives directions from parking to base camp.
Checking Every Day Has One
The Production Health card on the Welcome tab counts shoot days missing a base camp under Day Locations and days missing a hospital under Hospital Info. Click Fix and the Days tab outlines the empty cells. The outline clears as you fill each one. On the CS Front, a day with no base camp shows an amber Set Basecamp flag that jumps to that day's row on the Days tab.
