What Are Custom Locations?
Custom locations are extra addresses for the day beyond base camp and crew parking: lunch, a second base camp, extras holding. Each has a heading and an address. Pick the address from the Google list and its map position is saved with it.
Preset Headings
The + menu offers these headings:
- Lunch
- 2nd Parking
- 2nd Base Camp
- Catering
- Extras Holding
Adding Custom Locations
On the Days tab, click the + in the column headers (Add custom location column) and pick a heading. The heading becomes a column. Type the address in that column on each day that needs it.
How They Display on Call Sheets
On the CS Front, each custom location prints as a panel in the location section, with its heading and address. The weather still comes from base camp only.
Per-Location Notes
Each custom location has a notes line under the address on the CS Front, for gate codes, parking instructions or a contact. Type straight into it. Notes print under the address and are kept per call sheet.
