Opening a Card
Hover a name on the Crew or Cast tab and click the small profile icon beside it ("Open profile"). Names on the Crew and Cast DOODs, Hot Costs, the production report and the Lodging and Transpo grids open the same card. It is one card, whichever tab you came from.
The Person
The left column starts with how to reach them and what they need:
- Phone and email, tap to call or write
- Rep, with the rep's phone and email, for cast
- Food restrictions
- Walkie and own vehicle, for crew
- Every role a performer plays, when they play more than one
- SAG number, minor age group and transpo, for cast
- Notes and DOOD notes
Deal and Paperwork
Producer level only. For cast: the deal structure, the rate with its SAG minimum where one applies, and how they are paid. For crew: day rate, hourly, prep and wrap rates, how they are paid and the deal notes. The paperwork chips show what is in and what is not. Crew: Deal memo, Paperwork sent, I-9, W-4 / W-9, Start packet. Cast: Deal memo, SAG agreement, Long-form, Loan-out letter, and the show's own custom paperwork item. AD-level members never see this section.
Hours on the Shoot
For crew, from the production reports: days clocked, hours worked against hours scheduled, hours past the scheduled day and meal penalties. Rows missing an OUT time are flagged with their day numbers, so you can see which reports to chase. Producers also see the rate the hours were costed at and the overtime cost so far.
The Schedule as a Calendar
The right column counts the work days and shows the whole schedule as a calendar: one row per week, Monday to Sunday. Each day the person is on carries its DOOD code in the DOOD's colours, today is marked and off days are hatched.
Lodging, Transpo and Flights
On Company plan shows the card adds where the person sleeps, how they get to set (shuttle, the vehicle they drive, holding), the vehicles charted to them, logistics notes, and each flight with its date, airline, number, airports and time. A tick marks a flight that is ticketed.
