Beyond Standard Categories
The breakdown ships with the standard categories: Cast, Background, Stunts, Props, Wardrobe and the rest. Add your own for anything else the show tracks, such as Drone Shots or Product Placement.
Creating Custom Categories
Add > Add Custom Column, the + at the end of the table header, or the ADD CATEGORY box on the breakdown sheet. Name it and click Add. It becomes a text column in the table and a box on the sheet, for every scene. Custom categories belong to the production, so everyone on the show sees them. Click the pencil icon to open the column manager. Try hiding columns, dragging to reorder, and adding a custom column.
Cast Chips in Breakdown
The CAST column and the Cast Members box show each scene's performers as chips. Click in to open a searchable picker and add or remove cast. The breakdown has to be unlocked first.
Mobile-Responsive Breakdown
On a phone the breakdown drops the production title from the top bar to make room, and the sheet's category boxes stack two across instead of three.
