Beyond Standard Categories

Every production has unique needs. While G-Casper Pro includes standard breakdown categories (Cast, Background, Stunts, Props, Wardrobe, etc.), you can add custom categories for anything specific to your production. Whether it's 'Specialty Vehicles', 'VFX Plates', 'Drone Shots', or 'Product Placement Items', custom categories let you track it all in one place.

Creating Custom Categories

Add a custom category directly from the Breakdown tab. Your new category appears as an additional column in the breakdown grid, and you can populate it for any scene. Custom categories are saved at the production level, so they persist across all your call sheets and are available to all team members.

Cast Chips in Breakdown

Cast members assigned to scenes appear as visual chips in the breakdown grid, making it easy to see at a glance which performers are in each scene. The chips are searchable, so you can quickly add or remove cast assignments using a searchable dropdown for fast, accurate entries.

Mobile-Responsive Breakdown

The breakdown tab scales down gracefully on mobile devices. Table content is scaled for readability, and the production title and logo are hidden on smaller screens to maximize the space available for breakdown data.
