What You See Is What Prints
The call sheet PDF is rendered from the page you are looking at. Print to PDF opens no dialog and asks no questions. Everything that changes the PDF is a setting on screen, and it changes the on-screen page too.
Basic PDF Export
To export a call sheet as PDF:
- Open the CS Front or CS Back tab on the shooting day you want
- Click Print to PDF in the side controls
- Wait for the progress panel to finish
- The PDF downloads to your device
Settings That Shape the PDF
Page size, orientation and DPI are saved per production. Change them once and every day prints the same way.

Toner Saver Mode
Save Toner/Ink for Printing takes the heavy fills out of the page so a big print run uses less ink.
Reports and Exhibit G
PR Front, PR Back and Exhibit G print through your browser. Their Print button opens the browser's print dialog, where Save as PDF gives you a file. Paper size and margins in that dialog come from the browser, so check them before you save.
One Day at a Time
PDFs are exported one shooting day at a time. Each PDF is the call sheet for that day.
