Managing Multiple Shows
G-Casper Pro keeps all your productions organized and accessible. Each production is its own complete workspace with separate crews, schedules, and settings, and switching between them takes one click.
Tip: Keep your production list organized from the start. Archiving wrapped shows keeps your dashboard clean while preserving all data for reference.
The Production Dashboard
Your dashboard is mission control for all your productions:

Creating New Productions
To start a new production:
- Click 'New Production' from your dashboard
- Enter the production title and basic info
- Choose to start fresh or copy from an existing production
- Set up your team members and permissions
- Begin building your crew list and schedule
Tip: Copying from an existing production brings over your crew list, department structure, and settings. Perfect for series work or when you're using the same team.
Switching Between Productions
G-Casper Pro makes it easy to move between active productions:
- Click the production name in the top navigation to open the switcher
- Use the search bar to find productions by name
- Recent productions appear at the top for quick access
- Click the G-Casper Pro logo in the top toolbar to return to the production dashboard
- Pin frequently-accessed productions to keep them at the top
Production Organization
Keep your production list manageable with these organization features:

Cross-Production Features
Some actions span multiple productions:
- Copy crew members from one production to another
- Use templates created in one production across others
- Export combined reports across productions for the same company
- Share settings presets between related productions
Tip: If you work with the same crew regularly, build a 'favorites' crew list that you can import into any new production.
