Opening the Column Manager
Hover a table's section header and a pencil (Manage columns) appears beside it. Click it to open that table's column panel. On a phone, tap the header to show the pencil. Right-click the header for a quicker menu: Manage Columns, Reorder Columns, Rename, Disable or Enable a column, Show a hidden one, and Add Custom Column where the table allows it.
Where It Works
The column manager is on these call sheet tables:
- Scene Schedule
- Cast, which has its own inline panel
- Off-Site Cast
- BG / Stand-ins
- Advance Schedule
- The header location panels
- The transpo table on the CS Back
Show and Hide Columns
Each column in the panel has a switch. Turn it off and the column leaves the screen and the printed sheet straight away. On a stage show, VEHICLES is an easy one to hide.
Drag to Reorder
Drag a column by its grip handle to a new place in the list. Renames and reordering in the panel apply when you click Save. Cancel throws them away.

Click the pencil icon to open the column manager. Try hiding columns, dragging to reorder, and adding a custom column.
Rename Columns
Column names in the panel are text fields. Type the new name and click Save. From the right-click menu, Rename opens a small box: Enter saves, Escape cancels. Some rows cannot be renamed, such as standard department rows.
Custom Columns
Cast and BG / Stand-ins take custom columns, and so does the transpo table. Click + Add custom column, type a Column name... and click the check. Custom columns carry a custom badge and an X to remove them. Scene Schedule and Advance Schedule do not take custom columns.
How Layouts Are Stored
Column layouts are saved per call sheet. Day 5's layout does not change Day 6, and a new call sheet starts from the defaults. Reset defaults in the panel puts the order, visibility, names and widths back.
