Info Boxes: Draggable Notes on Call Sheets

Info Boxes are text boxes you drop anywhere on the CS Front or CS Back. They print where you put them. Use them for safety notices, parking, EPK announcements, or anything that needs to stand out from the grid.

Click Add Info Box in the floating controls at the top right of the CS Front or CS Back. Pick a template from the list (Search templates... narrows it), or choose Blank Box. The new box reads "Click to edit this info box. Double-click to start typing."

Double-click a box to type. The editor has:

• Font, size and color for any selection
• Bold, italic, underline and strikethrough
• Highlight and line height
• Left, center and right alignment
• Bullet and numbered lists
• Upload Image for an inline picture, and emoji
• Background Color: 15 swatches or a custom color

Drag a box by the round Move handle at its top-left corner. Resize from the bottom-right corner. Positions are stored relative to the page, so the PDF matches the screen. The box you select comes to the front.

Select a box to see its toolbar: Edit, Lock, Duplicate, Save as Template, Background Color and Delete (the trash icon). A locked box cannot be moved, resized or edited until you unlock it. Duplicate drops a copy slightly offset from the original.

Ten templates cover common notices. Each is a starting point to edit for your show:

Save as Template on any box adds it to the template list. Custom templates belong to the production, so everyone on the show can use them. They sit alongside the built-ins, which carry a Built-in badge, and can be deleted from the list with the trash icon.
